“外国人写作中国计划”作为“丝路书香工程”的重要组成部分，面向“一带一路”沿线国家及全球其他重点区域，广泛联系和鼓励汉学家、作家、媒体人、学者和社会知名人士让他们用亲身经历讲述自己的“中国故事”，并对他们的创作给予一定的支持。

“Writing on China by Foreigners” Award Ceremony 

& Writing Topic Resource Platform Establishment Ceremony

Writing on China by Foreigners is an important component of the National Silk Road Publishing Programme. The project aims at countries alongside the Belt and Road and other key regions around the world, widely contacting and actively encouraging foreign sinologists, writers, editors, scholars and celebrities to tell their "China story" with their own experiences and offers funds to support their work.

As of now, the project has successfully held three phases. In order to better implement the fourth phase of the "Writing on China by Foreigners" project, the award ceremony of the project and the launch event of the phase fourth four application guidelines will be held on August 23th to summarise the project results, commend excellent organisations, and encourage more Chinese and foreign publishers to actively participate in the project.
